Fair, Clear, and Transparent Refunds
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for Triostack services, subscriptions, and project engagements.
1. Service Engagements
For custom software and consulting engagements, cancellation terms are defined in the signed statement of work or contract. Any non-refundable milestones or deliverables will be honored as agreed.
2. Subscription Services
If a subscription is cancelled, access remains active until the end of the billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for partially used subscription periods unless required by law.
3. Advance Payments
Advance payments are generally non-refundable once work has started. If work has not commenced, refunds may be considered after deducting administrative costs.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Processing timelines may vary by bank or payment provider.
